Flirt
This coffee is for everyone who enjoys flirting with filtered coffee, as well as for those who have a serious relationship with it. You'll never get bored with it; it's juicy yet sweet and beautifully aromatic. Every date with it is simply fun.
We always select coffees for Flirt to ensure that the resulting cup is sweet and fun, but never becomes tiresome. During the year, its composition slightly changes, but its taste remains similar. Flirt is the kind of coffee that, whenever you reach for it, your date will be a little different every time, but you'll always enjoy it.

How does it taste?
Ondřej, our wholesale manager, can easily drink this coffee every day. What he enjoys about it is that nothing loudly stands out, and it's well-balanced. You don't have to think too much about this coffee, you simply drink it with joy. It has a creamy body, sweetness of honey and chocolate, with subtle notes of dried apricots."
Current blend
Flirt currently consists of two coffees. Light and floral coffee from the Colombian Buenavista farm and sweet Costa Rican coffee from Finca Sumava.

Colombia Buenavista
Finca Buenavista is located in San Augustin, Huila and belongs to the Imbachi family from which we have been buying coffee for the last 13 years. Together with his wife Yolanda and five kids (three of them already manage their own farms - Ever Armando, Diego Fernando and Sonia), Carlos Imbachi has been growing coffee for more than 30 years.
Currently, we buy several varities (caturra, castillo, geisha, pink bourbon) as well as different qualities from the farm. All of them are processed using the typical method for this region, i.e. dry 24h fermentation followed by parchment drying in secaderos.
This particular lot, used in our Flirt blend, has floral aromatics with notes of citruses and dark fruits.
Costa Rica Sumava
Finca Sumava is an ambitious project which was put together by a famous Costa Rican coffee exporter Francisco Mena and a Czech investor. The farm is located about an hour from the capital in the region of Lourdes de Naranjo. The idea behind this project is to build a state-of-the-art farm, which will benefit from a huge coffee know-how and strong financial background.
Every year we buy several different microlots processed mostly using various honey methods. This lot used in Flirt blend is a red honey caturra variety. It has notes of dark fruits, toffee and peanut butter.
